Finding a home that is a perfect match takes some effort. First, I will ask you to talk to me about what you’re looking for. I’m a good listener, and I take your needs and wants very seriously.
You’ll see the homes that meet your criteria. I may show you a home that you wouldn’t have considered on your own, but I won’t waste your time looking at every home on the market.
I also take other people’s money very seriously. You need to be comfortable with the financial investment you’re making and the impact it will have on your monthly budget. We’ll pick a price point that is within that comfort zone. I’ll negotiate to find ways to save money, but I’ll never push you to pay more.
The financial side of a real estate transaction is just as important as finding the right home. Any questions you have about contracts will be answered. I’ll also encourage you to review a sample contract so that you can familiarize yourself with it before a transaction gets started.
I pride myself on providing detail-oriented personalized service. I know that to do my job right, I have to be sensitive to people and their needs. On the other hand, when in negotiations, I’ve been compared to a mother bear protecting her cubs!
