 03/14/13:  Comparing the Conejo Valley (Agoura, Oak Park, Westlake, Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park) to Simi Valley and Moorpark, the total number of sales this year is very close- 327 for Conejo, 290 for Simi/Moorpark.  Price differences remain, with 76% of homes int eh Conejo Valley sellin for under $750,000, whereaa for Simi Moorpark, 93% are selling for under $750,000.
